After concentrating on the Internal Shared Services market for a number of years, we are now offering our operational performance measurement toolsets to the BPO sector. We have already generated much interest in the innovative toolset which will provide those organisations with a significant competitive edge.

District Council Shared Services Consultation Document
PerformWorld played a key role in creating the CIPFA-SDCT consultation document: "Consultation on a vision for shared financial services in district councils" issued in November 2008. This sets out a series of ideas, options and potential benefits for District Councils should they decide to consider adopting shared services. PerformWorld was commissioned by Scottish Enterprise Glasgow & the International Financial Services District (IFSD) Glasgow to write a book – “A practical guide to setting up and operating a shared service centre” with the aim of attracting greater levels of inward investment in Shared Services to Scotland. The booklet was launched at the 5th annual shared services week event held at Celtic Manor in Wales in May 2005 and was well received by delegates. Copies are available for a small charge.
